Celebrate 100 years of Negroni with MARTINI ‘Negroni Nights’ in Birmingham

Loved by bartenders and cocktail fans alike, the Negroni has been a firm fixture on cocktail menus for 100 years. To celebrate its centenary, MARTINI is launching ‘Negroni Nights’ – the ultimate Negroni experience – where groups of friends can book their own private self-pouring Negroni fountain from 1st to 15th April.

The fountain replicates the traditional bull’s head water fountains found around the city of Turin – the birthplace of MARTINI – and will pop up at The Canal House Birmingham.

Embracing the concept of the Italian aperitivo occasion, MARTINI ‘Negroni Nights’ sets the scene for some relaxed, quality time with friends, with the Negroni fountain providing the perfect centrepiece.

A true aperitivo isn’t complete without food, so the experience also includes a bespoke selection of delectable aperitivo bites to enjoy while sipping on MARTINI Negroni cocktails poured straight from the fountain.

Created with MARTINI Riserva Speciale Rubino, MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter and Bombay Sapphire Gin, the masterful MARTINI Negroni cocktail blends together the harmonising botanicals within these three liquids, which are sourced by the same herbalist to create a more balanced and well-rounded Negroni.

As spring approaches, MARTINI ‘Negroni Nights’ is the perfect way to enjoy longer evenings with the classic cocktail and accompaniments, while catching up with friends.

The MARTINI Negroni fountains will be available to book for groups of 4-10 friends at The Canal House Birmingham between 5-9pm from 1st to 15th April. Bookings can be made by calling the venues directly.
