Hotel du Vin Welcomes The New Year With A New Winter Menu And An Exclusive January Offer.
Hotel du Vin’s latest seasonal menu features mouth-watering, heart-warming dishes inspired by classic French flavours. To start, favourites include the steak tartare and soupe à l’oignon to start, whilst those looking for something a little different can try the devilled chicken livers on toast or roasted scallops served with a black squid ink risotto. For mains, the options range from classic cassoulet and steak haché, to duck shepherd’s pie and braised oxtail with a parsnip purée. And for desserts, indulgent options include the baked rice pudding with stewed winter fruit, tarte au citron with raspberry sorbet and café gourmand – a decadent selection of a chocolate macaron, honey madeleine and canelé.
