Originally developed as a martial art in 13th century China, it combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements and improves your balance and strength. These classes are free of charge and sessions run from 2pm until 4pm on Level 2 with views out onto the lake.
In need of a health MOT? Nuffield Health will be offering free Health MOTs in the Resort’s Atrium on Saturday 14th January – measure your height and weight, BMI, blood pressure, total cholesterol and resting heart rate, to see how you can improve your health in 2017.

Polish off the castanets and express your emotions through dance by joining the Midlands Art Centre for a lesson in flamenco dancing on Sunday 29th January at 2pm.
