Marco Pierre White recruitment drive brings 100 new jobs to Birmingham
One of Birmingham’s most popular restaurant brands is looking to add a wealth of experience to its growing team, as it hosts a recruitment day to fill 100 new roles in the city.
On Monday 30th May, Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill Birmingham will be hosting a series of drop-in sessions to recruit a team of 100 new employees across its portfolio, who will join the existing team of over 200 full-time and part-time staff. With roles including waiters and waitresses, hosts and chefs, as well as conference and event staff, the event is the restaurant’s largest recruitment drive since opening in 2011.
The news follows the announcement of Bardolino, an exciting restaurant concept opening under the Black & White Hospitality brand later this year. The ultra-casual restaurant takes its name from the birthplace of Marco’s mother, and will feature an all-day express menu of authentic Italian food, coffees and Bellinis.
The brand is also on the lookout for two exceptional candidates to fill the roles of head chef and restaurant manager at the brand new Bardolino restaurant.

The drop-in sessions are being held at Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill on Monday 30th May. Located on Level 25 of The Cube, candidates are invited along with their CVs from 10am – 1pm, 2pm – 5pm and 6pm – 8pm.
