Mix it Up! Harvey Nichols Launches Own Label Mixed Cocktail Range

Harvey Nichols Birmingham has designed its first ever range of pre-mixed cocktails in three classic styles, perfect for parties or fuss-free drinks in with friends. The new collection features ready-to-pour favourites – Old Fashioned, Vesper Martini and Negroni.

The Old Fashioned has been made using Old Forester Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, Fee’s Brother’s aromatic bitters, orange oil and muscovado sugar. Simply serve with ice along with a slice of orange or twist of to peel garnish.

Also known as James Bond’s favourite drink, the Vesper Martini is handcrafted using Portobello Road gin, fair vodka, Lillet Blanc and a dash of lemon oil. Serve the drink ice cold in a chilled martini glass, along with a thin slice of lemon peel for garnish.

And the Harvey Nichols Negroni has been made in small batches using Portobello Road gin, Italian sweet vermouth and Campari, all of which have been mixed and delicately stirred by hand. Serve in a rocks glass over plenty of ice and add a twist of orange peel or a slice of orange to garnish.

Rob Graves, Head of Food & Beverage Buying at Harvey Nichols, explains: “We are thrilled to be adding a range of pre-mixed cocktails to our Own Label spirit category. After months of testing to create the perfect flavour profiles of three classics, we are very happy with the outcome. We have also been working on a fourth cocktail, a festive Blood Orange and Clove Negroni that will be launching at Christmas.”

The pre-mixed cocktails are available now from the Wine Shop at the luxury Mailbox store, priced at £6 (for a 100ml one serving) or £35 (for 700ml, approximately seven servings).
