Selfridges celebrates one year of redefining luxury

Marking the 12 month anniversary of the transformation of Level 4 and its personal shopping suite, Selfridges Birmingham is celebrating a year of redefining luxury.

Level 4 of the Bullring department store houses premium brands and one-of-a-kind boutiques for brands including Christian Louboutin, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Jimmy Choo, as well as a designer accessories wall and the Shoe Galleries, the store’s largest shoe department outside London with more than 1,700 styles from almost 50 designers.

To mark the first anniversary, each luxury brand has highlighted the best of their new collections which help to make Selfridges the leading destination for deluxe brands found nowhere else in the city. Selfridges has more than 200 city exclusive premium brands in-store.

Level 4 is gearing up for Autumn/Winter 2019, introducing a raft of new and exciting accessories from premium labels including Alexander McQueen, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney.

Jimmy Choo lovers can be the star in their own fairytale with the Cinderella Crystal shoes – it’s the designer’s most expensive footwear in store at £2,955. The sparkling shoe, available in different heel heights and four colourways, is adorned with 7,000 hand-embroidered Swarovski crystals and 46 precious stones, with a crystal cluster at the toe.

Tiffany & Co

Tiffany continues to be popular in-store, with Level 4 offering a number of exclusive Tiffany T and Hardwear pieces. The brand’s most expensive piece instore is a £45,000 diamond ring with Tiffany setting.

Small is most definitely beautiful and micro bags from Off White are ideal for anyone who enjoys travelling light.

Key investment pieces such as handbags from Alyx, Acne, BOYY, Paco Rabanne and BaoBao ensure that your arm has never been so beautifully decorated. Colour aficionados can tap in to the latest trends for Autumn/Winter 2019 with rich tones from Chloe, multi tones from Christian Louboutin and contrasting stripes from Loewe. Selfridges Personal Shopping

Shoppers unsure of what to select have the option of heading to Selfridges personal shopping which was also revamped last year. The 125m² personal shopping area comprises of three deluxe suites, a spacious reception area, plush velvet furnishings and pantry, where customers can enjoy a glass of champagne and the VIP treatment.

The personal shopping service is complimentary with a minimum spend of £500 and enables shoppers to tap into the expertise of one of the store’s four personal shoppers – who have a combined experience of over 35 years.
