It’s Time To Veg Out This January

This month Harvey Nichols Birmingham makes vegetables the star of the show with the launch of its new vegan menu. Whether you’re a committed carnivore, a fish fanatic or have already signed up to a plant-based diet, the delicious dishes are packed with green goodness – perfect after all that festive over-indulging.

To encourage diners to experiment with new flavours or enjoy Veganuary in style, Head Chef Stewart Mackie and his team have created a range of dishes so tasty you’ll forget there’s no meat on your plate.

Enjoy carrot and cashew pâté with pickled onions and rye croute or tuck in to a tasty sweet potato and chickpea tagine. There’s even a selection of the sweet treats as indulgent as you’d expect from Harvey Nichols … the hardest part will be choosing between poached pear and pink peppercorn with rhubarb and quince sorbet or bitter chocolate tart.

And to complete your vegan meal, the store’s wine experts have sourced the finest vegan wines from around the world, including a French Chene Blue rosé and an Italian Primitivo Fatalone red.

The vegan menu is available throughout January in the Harvey Nichols Restaurant for lunch and dinner. For more information or to make a reservation, please call 0121 616 6028 or email [email protected]. You can also book online at harveynichols.com.
