The voice of French musical collective Nouvelle Vague is on her way to the Midlands this April with two dates in our region, one in Leicester and then in Birmingham.
Originally discovered at 22 by Marc Collin, of Nouvelle Vague fame, Marina’s no stranger to fronting a band on stage, having toured the world and selling over half a million records during the course of her career with her sensual vocals and quirky pop.
Folk/pop band 6 Day Riot will be supporting Marina on tour. Having been described by the NME as “unashamedly poppy and irrepressibly charming” and The Independent on Sunday as “lush”, the band have already supported the likes of Belle and Sebastian and Seth Lakeman plus have played many a festival including Glastonbury and T in the Park.
