Summer is nearly over (sob) which can only mean one thing: School is approaching. Now while some may be ready and willing to go, there will be many who need something more than school to look forward to this autumn. Don’t panic, ‘Ben 10 Monster Truck Mania’, is here to save the day. And, it’s something that – dare we say it? – you will enjoy as much as the kiddies. Bonus! It’s running from the 17-18 September at Birmingham’s National Indoor Arena, and promises everything you’d expect from a live monster truck show with a plot and favourite characters the kids will love, and a range of stunts including free-styling, donuts, wheel-stands, jumps and obstacle courses providing enough action for even the biggest thrill seekers.
The kids can look out for Kevin and Ben’s super sports cars, as well as aliens Rath, Swampfire and Humungousaur as some of the world’s biggest trucks, whilst Echo Echo and the Forever Knights will be on motorbikes. While the alien invasion is taking place you can enjoy the thrill of seeing five-tonne, 2000 horsepower Monster Trucks flying through the air. The trucks, created by Nigel Morris, MD of Monster Mania, (now renowned as the UK’s leading expert on modifying and building 4×4 vehicles) are stars in their own right having featured in numerous TV programmes including The One Show, Top Gear, Brainiac, Scrapheap Challenge and The Gadget Show. Cool, right?
All in all, a show featuring muscle bound monster trucks, awesome motorcycle madness, and seriously cool stunts featuring characters from the Ben 10 universe is a winner for everyone, and not to be missed!
