On 24th November Spiceal Street officially opened at Bullring. Three new restaurants, the stylish Browns Bar and Brasserie, Thai banquet-style ChaoBaby and locally-run handmade burger Co., were unveiled on opening day alongside a new water feature, public art commission and a green wall.
