FROM THE US COUNTRY MUSIC CAPITAL OF NASHVILLE TO COVENTRY, STATESIDE SINGER TO PERFORM ON CITY’S #YULELOVEMUSIC CHRISTMAS STAGE

Santa Claus is coming to town and for Coventry, this Christmas – and for the first time ever – the city will welcome a Nashville artist to perform on its Christmas stage.

Artist Jane Claudio (Nightbirde) will be performing during the Coventry Business Improvement District (BID)’s #YuleLoveMusic weekend of 6-8 December.

Over 40 acts have already been booked to take part in Coventry City Centre’s 2019 Christmas festivities.  Artists including singers, bands, dancers and others will all bring a magical array of Christmas-themed entertainment and fun throughout the festive period.

Claudio’s Nightbirde journey stems from small-town stardom to self-discovery; a cancer diagnosis to an amazing opportunity to open for Grammy award winning artist Tori Kelly. For Claudio, success in the music industry is not solely founded on talent.

“It has very little to do with talent and a lot to do with grit, determination and endurance,” Jane Claudio says.

Music Ambassador, Sandra Godley, said, “When I was asked by Coventry BID Director, Trish Willets, to source and put together a programme of exciting acts for Coventry’s Christmas stage, I was ecstatic! We have a fantastically rich cultural heritage of music and artists in Coventry, however, I also wanted to add a little extra sparkle to the proceedings and literally stretch the boundaries by inviting a US artist from the music capital of the world: Nashville!“

“I am so excited to be part of the Coventry Christmas experience this year. I am so thankful. I have heard beautiful things about Coventry and am looking forward to experiencing all the city has to offer’. Jane adds.
