Chutney Ivy Recommended in the 2017 Michelin Guide
Chutney Ivy in Leicester have for the sixth year running, been acknowledged in the prestigious Michelin guide 2017 as a recommended restaurant, making them one of just a few restaurants in Leicestershire in 2016 to join the catering hall of fame- and one of just a handful of eateries in the East Midlands to receive the accolade.
Owned by Shaf Islam and Simon Postlethwaite, Chutney Ivy offers Leicester the most contemporary Indian fine dining experience with classic Indian hospitality, based in the chic Cultural Quarter of the city, so it is no surprise that they have been recommended for the sixth consecutive year.

The restaurants are reviewed regularly to ensure that Michelin standards are kept up to date, and to see whether they’re eligible to move to the next stage – a Michelin star!
