Christmas Wreath Making Workshops at King Richard III Centre Leicester
Leicester’s award-winning King Richard III Visitor Centre will have a festive feel to it this December. Not only will you be able to discover the incredible story of the much-maligned monarch but you can also take part in a number of seasonal activities including Christmas wreath making workshops.
On Saturday 3rd and 17th December the Visitor Centre will be hosting workshops, led by Rosemary Hughes, official nosegay provider to the Queen. Rosemary also provided the floral arrangements for the reinterment of King Richard III.
Rosemary will demonstrate how to create a wreath and then participants will be able to create either a door or table wreath. All materials are provided and the skill level required is basic (suitable for those aged 12 years+). Admission to the Visitor Centre and refreshments are also included in the price of £40.00 per person.
The workshops start at 11am and lasts for two hours, with a break halfway through.
