For many children across the UK, the magic of the festive period is well and truly alive and they wouldn’t even think to question if Father Christmas really exists. However, as children grow older, the magic of Christmas becomes hard to maintain so Highcross has called in the help of Mrs. Claus, Christmas’ most trusted advisor and caretaker of Rudolph to keep the dream alive.

As Santa is busy preparing for the most magical time of the year, Highcross has invited Mrs. Claus to take part in a live Q&A with parents and children alike. Whilst sat in her sleigh, Mrs. Claus will be answering all of those niggling questions from inquisitive youngsters, helping to restore their faith in her hardworking husband.

Brimming with knowledge, Mrs Claus. will also be on hand to support parents in their pursuit of Christmas enchantment, enlightening them on questions which they may usually find difficult to answer. Children will receive a magical insight into what really goes on at the North Pole, so they won’t be asking their parents how Santa gets into chimneyless houses.

Sam French, Marketing Manager at Highcross, commented, “We know that Christmas is a very busy time of year for Santa, so we’re bringing in Mrs. Claus to meet the children of Leicester and answer all their festive questions. We’re very excited to host Mrs. Claus, and look forward to hearing all about Santa’s work.”

So whether your child wants to know how Santa manages to eat millions of mince pies or why normal reindeers can’t fly, come down to Lower Mall outside Levi’s on Saturday 5th December to keep the Christmas dream alive in your family.
With festive fun for all of the family, Highcross will be offering extended opening hours this Christmas, to ensure that visitors can truly enjoy the most magical time of the year.
