International software company WaqarTech Ltd has launched a new takeaway app that earns cashback on every food order.
The Supermeal web and mobile app helps customers to find and order from a variety of restaurants while they’re on the go.
The first of it’s kind, every Supermeal order triggers cash-back values towards future purchases, and an extra £1 in e-cash can be earned from every order that friends or family make if they are introduced by the customer.
Waqar Shah is the founder of WaqarTech Ltd, a company based in Birmingham which designs and new web and mobile technologies.
The company has already run the Supermeal service successfully in Pakistan since 2013, and has now chosen Birmingham as the first UK city to launch the service in the UK.
Mr Shah said: “We are focusing more on consumers’ needs and wants, and using all the best analytical techniques to bring the best meal deals, discounts and offers.
“We have also introduced a loyalty scheme in the form of cash-back incentives against every order.
“Not only this, consumers can use the referral system to introduce friends and family and earn up to £1 e-cash against every order.”
The Supermeal platform technology can also be licensed by chains of restaurants or takeaways as a branded solution for their own businesses.
