After many years as a team of two people, Breedon has grown and now has six team members and are actively looking for their next recruits. Though the company has always offered tailored HR support, it has also broken into the training, recruitment and learning and development industries, such is its continued growth.
Through bringing in new clients and opening new service lines, Breedon’s team moved into their current offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch after spending a year in serviced offices and even sharing offices with one of their own clients. This move, which was completed in May 2018, has shown how far Breedon has come over the years.
Naturally, a lot of credit for Breedon’s recent success has been through the relationships and connections the company forms with its clients.
Managing Director Nicki Robson, who has led Breedon Consulting from the start, explained: “We really are on the side of our clients and have their best interests at heart, acting in the way a senior in-house HR person would do to help them achieve their goals in a commercially sensible way. Our clients trust us, we still have clients that have been with us pretty much from day one as we have grown together and that has been such an amazing experience!”
Breedon Consulting has also enjoyed success from its clients who have been impressed with the company’s previous work and have since enquired or used its other services in recruitment and training. Because Breedon’s services are interlinked within an organisation, the company is proud to offer a completely rounded and managed service which gives their clients the level of support usually reserved for only the biggest companies.
Breedon Consulting plans to continue expanding its client base and opening new service lines as the year progresses. The company has long formed relationships with SMEs but is also well-placed to work with larger organisations.
