Finalists announced for Leicestershire Tourism and Hospitality Awards 2017

Finalists announced for Leicestershire Tourism and Hospitality Awards 2017

The finalists for the annual Leicestershire Promotions 2017 Tourism & Hospitality Awards have been announced. There are 77 separate organisations shortlisted across the 21 categories including conference venues, visitor attractions, museums, cafes and restaurants, accommodation providers, festivals and events, and market towns.

The awards ceremony will be held at Athena in Leicester on 30 November 2017 and sponsors include Everards, Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council. For more information on the awards or to book tickets, visit www.goleicestershire.com/finalists2017

Martin Peters, Chief Executive of Leicestershire Promotions said: “The value and volume of tourism in Leicestershire continues to increase year-on-year and the finalists for these awards represent the quality of the tourism and hospitality industry that is underpinning this growth.

“We’re delighted to receive applications in such high numbers and the sheer breadth and diversity of the organisations shortlisted means that judging will be even more challenging this year. We wish all of the finalists the best of luck and hope to see them all at the fantastic awards ceremony in November,” continued Martin.
