Escape the scorching heat and take your cheeky monkeys for an indoor adventure they won’t forget, in Leicester’s very own Amazon rainforest. Treetop Adventure Golf is ready to welcome intrepid explorers to a world of mini golf adventures.
Until Wednesday 28th August, families heading to Treetop Adventure Golf at Highcross can enjoy free face painting and glitter tattoos Thursdays to Saturdays 12pm to 4pm as well as daily arts & crafts activities. This will be in addition to all the usual fun to be had exploring both 18-hole mini golf courses, And for when visitors work up an appetite they can enjoy tasty jungle grub from Pizza Cabana, which will be open to feed the entire clan from 10am every day!
Tackle the Tropical Trail and navigate your way through the rainforest, meeting our Chattering Toucans and putting through the mighty Twisted Fig as you go. Dodge stalagmites in Cave Canyon and hang out with the residents of Birdie Boulevard. Oh, and listen out for our singing barbershop frogs on your way to the Cascading River.
Or maybe you’ll brave the mystical magic of the Ancient Explorer? The Sacred Mask and The Sleepy Head are waiting to welcome you to the Inner Temple – just don’t give them a rude awakening! Scale a mountain for epic views and pay your respects to Mabel the Monkey Queen. Visit the ancient Monkey Lagoon, but remember, no cannon balls!
Whichever route you choose, don’t forget to test your skills on the Bonus 19th hole (if you’re feeling lucky). Will you be a champion? Take on the 19th to find out.
Families can hang out in The Market and enjoy cracking coffee at the Rainforest Roast café, with beans from local roastery The Coffee Counter, plus cakes and bakes from Leicestershire’s local bakery Bay Tree Bakes. The Thirsty Toucan bar will also be open for exotic cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks and local beers.
Treetop Adventure Golf opens even earlier at 10am every day during the holidays. There’s no need for a prior booking as visitors can just turn up and tee off.
Take advantage of their Early Bird and arrive before midday to play both 18-hole courses for the price of one.

Treetop Adventure Golf, which opened in Shires Lane, Highcross in June 2019, has proved to be a huge hit since its launch. Groups of all ages have flooded through the doors for their first taste of Treetop fun, with the venue offering a welcome new addition to Leicester’s leisure landscape.
