Birmingham Rum Festival Returns

The Birmingham Rum Festival is back this summer for its 4th year, offering the city another opportunity to discover new rums, as well as the people and stories behind each brand and bottle.

The annual summer fiesta, held at The Cuban Embassy, on the 29th– 30th June also offers exotic street food brimming with the flavours of Latin America and the Caribbean islands which guests can enjoy as they sip on exclusive signature rum cocktails including their own complimentary ‘Tropical Rumbull’ made with spiced rum, ice, fresh lime and a full can of Red Bull Tropical.

Creating the perfect summer festival atmosphere, live performers will be providing a soundtrack of salsa, samba and reggae music so that visitors can enjoy tropical tunes whilst on their journey of rum discovery.

As well as tasting the rums, guests can learn from rum experts for inside knowledge on the distillation process. There’s also the opportunity to browse the Rum shop and buy a special bottle of rum or two to enjoy back at home.

So join the fun this summer for a celebration, chat to experts and discover new rums, sip cocktails, enjoy live music and feast on delicious street food.
