Last week, Ice Age: The Lost Kingdom arrived in Birmingham for an animatronic adventure like no other.
Forty amazing creatures including woolly mammoths, sabre-toothed tigers and giant sloths descended upon Birmingham’s Botanical Gardens for the tour’s UK debut.
To celebrate the first stop on the UK-wide tour, Ice Age; The Lost Kingdom are offering Brummies a special 50% of all tickets from now until the tour closes on Sunday.
The first touring animatronic Ice Age experience in Europe, this prehistoric show brings all the sights and sounds of Ice Age to life, taking guests back in time through an entertaining and educational journey. With the aid of animatronic technology, 40 creatures not only line the pathways of the gardens but fill the atmosphere with realistic sounds that transport you back 70,000 years.
Alongside the animatronic action, there is tonnes more fun to be had at Ice Age: The Lost Kingdom, with street food, an on-site mini cinema marquee where an educational Ice Age documentary will premiere, and a fossil excavation pit for kids to unearth. Guests will also be able to take the spectacular experience home with them with an exclusive onsite merchandise store.
The tour remains at Birmingham Botanical Gardens until this Sunday 28 April, before continuing the adventure in Glasgow, Manchester, Nottingham and Leeds.
Tickets for Ice Age: The Lost Kingdom are on sale now and can be booked online in advance for £12.50 for adults and £10.50 for children but don’t forget to use the code BRUM50 to receive 50% off tickets. Offer ends on Sunday 28 April.
