Christmas really isn’t Christmas without a great meal with your nearest and dearest, and this season diners can enjoy a delicious festive menu featuring the very best of the season.

Confit duck terrine, orange-pickled vegetables.

Severn and Wye smoked salmon, egg, capers, pickled shallots
