CELEBRATE SELF CARE ON SOLIHULL’S FIRST EVER VIRTUAL WELLBEING DAY

Take care of your mind and body with a range of free activities as part of Solihull’s first ever Virtual Wellbeing Day this weekend.

Solihull BID – the Business Improvement District for the town centre – have teamed up with local holistic health clinic TriWellness to host a fun and interactive wellbeing day on Saturday, March 6th.

There will be a variety of free virtual sessions available throughout the day to individuals and families from across Solihull to get involved with.

The timetable for the day, which runs from 8.30am to 9pm, includes classes on important topics like fitness, nutrition, mental health and self-care.

Sessions will be hosted by experts in their field and are free to attend with self-care now more important than ever.

The first 100 people to register will receive a TriWellness Wellbeing Box and you’ll also be entered into a raffle with prizes including a 60-minute massage and 4 x personal training sessions.

Rob Butler, Director of TriWellness, added: “We are excited to be able to support our local community and provide a fun and educational health and wellbeing day.

“Being a Solihull based wellbeing clinic, we are passionate and care for the wellbeing of our local community. Over the last year, we have been able to support individuals during the pandemic with their mental, physical and nutritional health and wellbeing and want to have that same positive impact on those who live locally.”
