Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday routine with presenter and mindfulness trainer Charlie Jordan. Proving tips on how to work in a stressful environment through mindfulness, he will be teaching you how good the psychological process is for your mental health wellbeing.
The event is part of a series of free sessions being held by the Birmingham Publicity Association for its members to not only network with other creatives within the city, but also recognise that we all need a bit of time out from our busy lives.
Former Birmingham Poet Laureate Charlie will be hosing the two-and-a-half-hour session at McCann Central in Somerset House, Temple Street.
Spaces are limited for the session and need to be pre-booked. It is recommended to book sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
This BPA event is free for members however pre-registering is crucial. A charge of £50 will be made for non-attendance. Last cancellation is 48 hours before the event. Two places are available per member organisation.
