LUXURY high street jeweller Goldsmiths has launched its newly-transformed Birmingham store in an exciting redesign which includes a brand new dedicated watch room.
Located in Birmingham’s iconic leisure and retail destination Bullring, part of the Bullring Estate, the Goldsmiths showroom has re-opened with an impressive new shop-fit and extension of a 52 sq m coveted luxury watch room following £1million investment.
It now boasts a variety of branded areas including Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, TAG Heuer and Fope alongside having Longines and Tudor timepieces on offer. Customer service experts will be available for one-on-one consultations and to provide advice across brands.
Shoppers can also browse an unrivalled selection of the latest collections from timeless fine jewellery by Mappin & Webb and an exclusive collaboration with renowned bridal designer Jenny Packham to Messika and Birks – a firm favourite of The Duchess of Sussex.
The showroom which stands at over 240 sq m is located on the Upper Level. As a result of the impressive refit, the Goldsmiths Birmingham Bullring team has welcomed 3 additional faces, bringing the team total to 20.
Craig Bolton, Goldsmiths executive director, said: “We’re delighted to reopen our Bullring showroom just in time for summer with a contemporary new look and luxury watch room, which is home to a number of prestigious brands. Birmingham is a hugely dynamic shopping destination with Bullring at its heart so we jumped at the opportunity to be able to double our number of units and establish an enhanced, premium offering for our customers.”
Goldsmiths Birmingham Bullring manager Sam Green added: “It’s fantastic to unveil the results of our recent refurbishment and welcome the addition of the brand new watch room. As we are well and truly in the midst of peak wedding season, we are looking forward to picking out everything for our customers’ big day – the perfect gift, a timepiece to treasure, the wedding bands and the finishing outfit touch; whether a bride, groom or guest.”
Iain Mitchell, Commercial Director at Hammerson said: “We are delighted that Goldsmiths has invested in a significant refit of their Bullring store which is now home to an extended line-up of top watch brands. This latest signing further enhances our luxury offer as The Bullring Estate continues to go from strength to strength, providing our customers with compelling and exciting retail, restaurant and leisure experiences.”
