Hyatt Regency Birmingham unveiled the fruits of their latest refurbishment – the new-look Amala Spa and Club – with a glittering VIP launch on Thursday 15th June.
The Amala Spa and Club has undergone a transformation, seeing this conveniently located, urban spa reveal an updated, modern, chic spa look where active and relaxation areas are clearly distinguished by its style and ambience.
The pool and gym area includes new furniture, artwork, sound system and lighting and the gym boasts the latest tech equipment supplied by Matrix Fitness. The ladies and gentleman’s changing rooms offer modern facilities, the reception area oozes style and the relaxation tea lounge offers a peaceful retreat.
Mario Flanagan, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Birmingham, comments; “We are extremely proud to launch the new-look Amala Spa and Club at Hyatt Regency Birmingham. Throughout the refurbishment, we took inspiration from our customers and have created the city’s premier day spa and club – and the only hotel spa in the city with its own 16m swimming pool, relaxation lounge and Matrix gym. In addition to this, the Amala Spa & Club now offers annual memberships catering to every need.”
Offering respite from the busy city life of Birmingham, the luxurious Amala Spa and Club is a haven of serenity that is comprised of state-of-the-art facilities and services. For those seeking to achieve overall well-being of mind, body, and spirit, the Amala Lifestyle Membership satisfies every aspect of wellbeing. The annual membership includes entry to the swimming pool and gym, along with an express spa treatment monthly, a yearly overnight stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham along with additional member only benefits.
Using only the most natural products and luxury treatments from Espa, Comfort Zone and Charme D’orient, Amala Spa is now proud to offer a refined treatment list that ranges from the everyday ‘maintenance’ treatments of waxing, manicure and pedicure – for him and her – right through to luxurious treats such as the Hammam (the only spa in Birmingham to offer this treatment and have its own dedicated Hammam treatment room). They have also just announced the launch of a number of exciting new Spa Day packages – from mid-week City Escape treats, to Mother To Be pampering, as well as Full Spa Day experiences for him, her or both.
The event organised by Amala Spa and Club and Hyatt Regency Birmingham, in conjunction with Fraser Urquhart Media, saw over 100 of the city’s most influential guests enjoy a private tour of the new-look spa and club, whilst enjoying canapés, healthy cocktails and taster-treatments before heading home with one of the best goodie bags the city’s seen in a long time.[slideshow_deploy id=’13316′]
