Hyatt Regency Launch Into Spring with new Sunday Brunch

On Sunday 20th March, Hyatt Regency in Birmingham is re-launching it’s much missed Sunday Brunch extravaganza. Expect freshly cooked roasts, live cooking stations, a full buffet spread, a Bloody Mary station and a great wine and cheese selection.

The hotel is home to several distinguished and inviting dining options. At Aria, the signature restaurant, dine on fresh, seasonal dishes complemented by an extensive beverage menu. Head to The Gentleman & Scholar Pub and Terrace for a pint of beer and classic British pub fare, surrounded by a crackling fireplace and original artwork. If you’re in the mood for sophisticated cocktails and light bites, head to the Atrium Lobby, the contemporary lobby bar.

The Sunday Brunch menu includes a tantalising variety of dishes. Top picks from the ‘cooling counter’ are House Salmon Pastrami with Orange and Fennel Cream, and Freshly Shucked Oysters with Red Wine Mignonette, along with a range of fresh salads. There’s also a pizza station and a pasta station, where guests can enjoy classics like Margherita Pizza or Pasta with Tomato and Basil Sauce.

Exciting dishes from their ‘Hot line’ are Vegetable Moussaka, Baked Salmon Fillet with Tomato, Caper and Olive salsa, and Beef and Guinness Stew with Colcannon Mash. There’s even a classic carving station with Sunday favourites such as Roast Beef and Yorkshire Puddings, and a dessert selection of everything from freshly cut fruit to a live Waffle station!

Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from 20th March from 12.30pm – 2.30pm priced at £45pp for food only and £65pp with unlimited house beverages.
