We’ll take our tea with two sugars and gin cocktail please! This Summer Harvey Nichols Birmingham is raising its teacups to everyone’s favourite tipple with a limited-edition afternoon tea created in collaboration with Edinburgh Gin.
Perfect for gin-thusiasts, the menu has been inspired by Edinburgh Gin’s favourite flavours and boasts all manner of tasty mini savouries such as G&T cod with rosemary straw potatoes; duck leg croquette with plum sauce; goat’s cheese and vegetable terrine; and artichoke and courgette wrap. Sweet treats include cucumber candy floss; strawberry and elderflower éclair; peach, rhubarb and ginger gin tart; pomegranate and rose panna cotta; and, of course, scones with clotted cream and preserves. What’s more, there’s unlimited tea or coffee and you can add a specially created Edinburgh Gin cocktail to make it even more of an occasion.
