Harvey Nichols is collaborating with best-selling author and entrepreneur Sarah Wilson to launch a limited edition dessert on its summer menu. The new pudding has been inspired by Sarah’s hugely popular I Quit Sugar books.
The low-added sugar dish – a cardamom and sea salt ganache tart made from naturally sweet ingredients including coconut, cacao and berries – will be available at the stylish Mailbox restaurant from this Friday, June 16 until Sunday July 16.
The partnership coincides with the release of Sarah’s latest books – The I Quit Sugar Kids Cookbook and The I Quit Sugar Slowcooker Cookbook. “I’m thrilled that Harvey Nichols is joining me to show that eating well doesn’t have to involve bucket loads of kale, nor does it have to involve denial,” she said.
The Harvey Nichols restaurant at The Mailbox is open Sundays from 11am-10pm; Mondays from 10am-7pm; and Tuesdays-Saturdays from 10am-10.30pm.
