Love is in the air at Selfridges Birmingham this month as the iconic store pulls out all the stops to bring shoppers beauty treats, sweet eats and plenty of fun activity ready for Valentine’s Day.
If food is the way to your loved one’s heart, the Roaming Roller Girls will be in lacing up their skates between Friday 10th until Sunday 12th February and can be found across all floors with their speedy selection of treats to sample.
The Balcony Bar will also be offering a special curated menu for the occasion, with glasses of bubbles for couples wanting to enjoy a romantic evening.
On Level 1, a pop-up florist will be appearing on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th where customers can treat their date, mate, or even themselves with a bunch of beautifully presented flowers to help share the love this Valentine’s Day. A calligrapher will also be on hand to personalise gift tags with a handcrafted message of their choice between noon and 6pm on both days.
In the Beauty Hall, there are plenty of exclusive products to buy, and fragrance purchases over 100ml can be engraved by Selfridges in-house complimentary engraver between noon and 6pm on the weekend. Shoppers will have the opportunity to enjoy a range of Valentine’s Day make-overs on the beauty counters – whether it be for a first date or a girls night out.
A house DJ will be entertaining shoppers throughout the store and with any purchase in Men’s Bodywear or the purchase of a bra and pant set in Women’s Lingerie, customers will be treated to a gift.
On Level 4, customers can create their own bespoke jewellery and personalise with names, initials, special dates or romantic messages with gifts bought from Monica Vinader, Thomas Sabo and Links.
