A brand new pizzeria and bar have opened in the heart of Edgbaston to rave reviews.
We announced the news of Smoke + Ash back in November and now you can enjoy it.
Serving up Neapolitan-style pizzas, quality wines and seasonal twists on classic cocktails. Edgbaston’s latest addition to their independent food scene opened the restaurant at the end of November. It is now part of the ever-growing hospitality scene in the Birmingham area and is already making a name for itself as one of the top destinations in the city for the perfect slice.
The restaurant is already expanding what they offer to build on the launch success. A speedy weekday lunch menu is now available alongside the main menu pizzas and sharing boards, introducing smaller pizzettes with side salads as well as Italian panuozzo sandwiches.
Sandwich fillings include a vegan tomato, avocado and vinaigrette, goats’ cheese with onion jam, and Prosciutto with rocket.
As well as the new lunch menu, Smoke + Ash is now available for both click-and-collect and local delivery via Deliveroo.
Smoke + Ash also has a Sunday exclusive.
You can mix and match any two Margherita pizzas or Chilli + Yuzu Margaritas for £16, from 2-7 pm every week – all with a curated Sunday soundtrack.
Smoke + Ash is open from Wednesday to Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome and the venue is also available for parties and private hire. You can find updates via the Instagram page.
