In anticipation of longer days and warmer weather, Harvey Nichols Birmingham invites diners to enjoy the finest rosé wines at an exclusive evening. The specially-themed dinner on Friday June 7 will showcase the store’s impressive range of pink wines and fizz.
Guests can enjoy a four-course meal – featuring grilled artichoke hearts with artichoke purée; halibut, spiced pepper sauce and courgette crisps; ox spring ham wrapped chicken breast; and strawberry and apricot summer delight – with each dish paired with a glass specifically chosen to complement it.
During each course Harvey Nichols Wine Expert Siofra O’Brien will talk through the wines she has hand-picked, including Harvey Nichols English Sparkling Rosé, Nanciente Rosé 18, Alpha Rosé 17 and Dunati Malvasia.
