Sushi lovers assemble! SushiDog is rolling into Bullring Birmingham, January 2026, bringing its famous customisable grab-and-go sushi to the Midlands for the very first time.

The new Bullring venue will showcase SushiDog’s signature playful design, complete with bright interior. The kiosk style venue will seat up to 25 customers and feature both a welcoming dine-in area and a convenient takeaway counter, ideal for shoppers, commuters, and sushi lovers looking for a quick hit of fresh, nutritious flavour.
