A long-standing Tamworth favourite has been renamed Zaazu, with a stylish new look and an enhanced modern menu.
Previously known as Simla Restaurant, the rebranded Indian restaurant marks a new chapter in the restaurant’s journey.
From the starters, featuring innovative dishes like Paneer Chaat with fried mozzarella and Crab Puree for a personalised chaat experience, to the indulgent desserts like Chocolate and Cardamom Milk Cake, Zaazu showcases a perfect blend of flavours, textures, and presentation.
The restaurant takes pride in its dedication to seafood, presenting traditional Indian flavours with a focus on charcoal cooking. Guests will soon be able to choose their own live lobster from the tank, ensuring the freshest and most indulgent dining experience.
Zaazu will also be adding a brand new alfresco dining area to enjoy throughout summer, as well as introducing a fabulous Bottomless Brunch.
Under the creative guidance of Chef Nikhil, Zaazu presents an array of signature dishes that promise to wow your taste buds. Chef has put together a new team of highly trained and experienced chefs from India itself, lending true provenance to the dishes.
