The Church Seeks Divine Intervention

Has the lockdown left you looking for some divine intervention in life?  If the Pandemic has prompted dreams of ditching the day job and starting your own business instead, where better than in an existing, period venue in a creative, vibrant part of Birmingham?  Sound too good to be true?  It’s not…

Available immediately, The Church (pictured above) is a large, Victorian city pub that was originally purchased by Everards in 2013, in partnership with Carl Finn of the Soul Food Project.  At that time, Everards invested in a huge refurbishment and added a fabulous roof terrace, making it a standout venue within the Jewellery Quarter and bringing additional opportunities to generate revenues.

Bursting with independent businesses and a thriving business and residential community, the Jewellery Quarter is one of the hippest parts of Birmingham city thanks, in no small part, to its fun outlook and cosmopolitan attitude.

Since the purchase they have worked in partnership with some great, talented operators, each bringing their own personality and vision to the pub and area, but it is time for The Church’s new chapter: a new business owner equipped for the pub industry of 2022 and beyond.

Everards, a family brewer since 1849, is specifically looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, fun, fanatical about food and drink and extremely social-media savvy.

If this sounds like you, they invite you to get in touch by calling Louisa on 07885 268 740 or emailing [email protected] for more information.
