  • Clear social distancing signage and guidance
  • Carefully managed visitor numbers and queuing systems
  • Sanitising stations with automatic dispensers at key locations
  • Public announcements to support social distancing on the shopping malls
  • Mailbox Guest Hosts providing social distancing and hygiene guidance and support
  • An enhanced cleaning regime across the centre including all touch points
  • Reduced seating in mall areas

David Pardoe, Head of Marketing, Retail and Tenant Engagement at the Mailbox, said:

“In line with the phased approach that many national retailers are taking, our stores will be opening gradually over the coming weeks from 15th June. We have been working closely with our retailers to ensure that we can support them in the safe reopening of their stores by introducing these important changes.

“Our team are committed to creating a safe environment for all of our visitors alongside everyone who lives and works here, and we’re looking forward to welcoming shoppers back to the Mailbox over the weeks ahead.”
