Fear not, if you’ve blown the budget on your summer holidays you can still dine out in style with this tasty offer at Harvey Nichols Birmingham. The luxury Mailbox store launches its Summer Market Menu this week, with three-courses for just £23.
Available in the Harvey Nichols Brasserie throughout July, August and September, the exclusive menu uses seasonal ingredients sourced regionally and features a choice of three starters, three mains and three desserts as well as a complimentary cocktail.
Dishes created by Head Chef Stewart Mackie include heritage tomatoes, basil consommé and baby mozzarella; ginger and soy pork shoulder, sesame seed lentils with a lemongrass fennel slaw; pan fried hake with red pepper orzo and asparagus; and white chocolate and elderflower mousse, poached peach and fennel and peach coulis.
