Local businesses will get an opportunity to learn more about how quality office accommodation is key to the success of the Leicester business community at a new event.
The office development event is organised by Leicestershire Business Voice (LBV) and will take place from 12-2pm on Friday 21 June 2019 at Mattioli Woods plc, 1 New Walk Place, Leicester LE1 6RU.
Mattioli Woods, one of the UK’s leading providers of wealth management and employee benefit services, is hosting the event at its new offices in Leicester city centre to provide guests with the opportunity to see the positive impact of a quality office development, not only on its employees but also on the regeneration of the city centre
Guests will hear from the following speakers, each providing a different perspective:
- Ian Mattioli MBE (Mattioli Woods) will provide an insight into the company’s major investment in Leicester city
- James Phillips (APB Property Consultants) will discuss current trends and occupiers requirements
- Ian Beale (Leicester City Council) will discuss the challenges Leicester’s office market faces and what might be done to address the scarcity of good quality accommodation
Jane Cowley, Chair of LBV said: “From low cost space for start-ups to superior space to attract major corporations, high quality office accommodation is vital to business in Leicester.
“This office development event is the latest in LBV’s Lunchtime Meetup sessions and will explore the availability of, and investment in, quality office accommodation, and how this is crucial to providing the best environment for businesses to flourish.”
