Everards has supported many people over the years in setting up on their own or taking their next steps in business. They help them to find a suitable building – usually one that they already own – but sometimes one that they find together to suit.
One of these is local independent business, Jenno’s Coffee House, who they began working with in 2019. With one coffee shop in the heart of Blaby village centre, Jenno’s is well loved and well used by the people of Blaby and the surrounding area for its friendly service, premium coffee, and tantalising homemade cakes. Paul and son Danny were ready to expand and chose to do so with Everards at their Everards Meadows development.
Jenno’s spacious and bright coffee house has been opened just over a year now. With its fantastic views over the meadows, it provides the perfect place for visitors to the Meadows to relax after exploring or cycling and for friends and shoppers from Fosse Park to rest their weary feet.
Paul and Danny are now running two successful business and are really happy they took that next step to expand.
