West Midlands Cycle Hire offers more people the opportunity to enjoy cycling and provides a convenient and sustainable alterative to the car for shorter journeys.
Bikes will be available to hire 24/7 from over 20 docking stations located across the city, including at Earl Street, Trinity Street, War Memorial Park and Pool Meadow coach station (Click here for the full map of locations)
To celebrate the launch in Coventry, you can get your first ride, of up to 30minutes, completely free – simply download the cycle hire app and register to get your free ride.
To hire a bike you then just tap your smart phone on the bike to unlock and start your ride.
