Women Who Thrive has launched a life-altering Norfolk countryside retreat promising self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.

The “Uncover, Discover, Recover” Advanced Workshop and Retreat is created for women seeking profound and lasting change in their lives.

Facilitated by personal growth specialists Women Who Thrive and run by therapist, coach, and hypnotherapist Sharon McKenna-Daniels, the three-day residential retreat is an immersive journey to self-discovery and empowerment. It’s an opportunity for women to break free from self-limiting beliefs, embrace their true potential, and embark on a life-altering journey.

The next event will take place 20-22 October in Loddon, near Norwich.

Instrumental to this workshop is the “Inner Mentor Guidance System,” a powerful process designed and taught by Sharon McKenna-Daniels. It empowers attendees as they embark on their personal journey of transformation giving life-changing, ‘life tools,’ that enable participants to think, feel and behave differently. These tools continue to benefit beyond the workshop and into their everyday lives – and so, self-development of Mind, Body and Spirit never stops.

The retreat unfolds in three key segments:

1.      Uncover: Exploration of their current selves, uncovering their qualities, strengths, and beliefs that shape their perceptions of self and the world.

2.      Recover: An opportunity for participants to engage with their inner Child, Adolescent, and Historical Adult, fostering understanding, forgiveness, compassion, and healing.

3.      Discover: The final day of the retreat is dedicated to discovering the “You” who has been waiting to emerge, embracing new beginnings and a brighter future.

It won’t be all work and no play, however. The three-day Advanced Retreat/Workshop is hosted at the picturesque Christmas Barn, nestled amidst the Norfolk countryside. Attendees will have the opportunity to stay in nearby luxury accommodations, savour exquisite cuisine prepared by talented in-house chefs, and unwind with evening therapies to rejuvenate their spirits.

Zoe Parbrook, a recent attendee said; “Sharon is an amazing woman; her guidance, honesty and caring nature are truly inspiring and very unique. She has helped me turn pain into power, chaos into peace and wounds into wisdom. I am so proud of ‘me’! The best investment I can make is my own personal healing and growth and I am so excited for the new chapter of my book of life!”
