Can you dig it? Leicester Film Club is excited to bring Walter Hill’s 70s cult classic The Warriors to the screen for its 45th anniversary on Sunday, 3 March.
Leicester Film Club is a city centre pop-up cinema night screening cult, horror and classic movies. The Film Club offers the chance to ditch the streaming services for an evening to watch films with other movie nerds, meet new people and learn more about cinema in a relaxed environment.
Now celebrating its 45th year, the pop-up cinema at Firebug Bar is set to entertain audiences with the cult classic film starring Michael Beck as Swan.
The Warriors must travel back to their home turf of Coney Island. The only problem is that they have been framed for murder of gang messiah Cyrus, and New York city has been taken over by gangs hot on their trail and out for revenge.
Leicester movie lovers can grab a drink, a snack and enjoy some classic cinema in the company of other film fanatics. All films are shown with subtitles.
