Everards of Leicestershire will be running their own event titled ‘The Future of Independent Business’ at this year’s Leicester Business Festival. Stephen Gould, Managing Director at Everards who work alongside independent business owners, operating pubs, cafes and restaurants across the Midlands, will be speaking to three independent business owners about how the hospitality landscape is changing in the current climate.
Stephen will be joined by Paul Jenno of Jenno’s Coffee House and Alex Ritchie of The Dove, Evington, each at different stages of their journey, with different types of businesses. They’ll share their own personal experiences, including the highs and lows surrounding how they have striven to remain competitive, and positive and how they have been able to navigate and innovate to secure a bright looking future.
This event is perfectly suited to independent business owners or those looking to take their first step towards independent business ownership as it provides insight into how business owners have built resilience and adapted their offer to fit the ‘new normal’.
