HISTORIC LAW FIRM SEEKS TWO EXCEPTIONAL LEGAL EXPERTS TO JOIN ITS TEAM

Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you motivated by helping individuals and families through difficult times and perhaps claim what is rightfully theirs? Do you want to work for a firm that collectively has over 536 years of service over their 52 staff members?   Due to a period of consistent growth, Dodds Solicitors of Leicester is seeking two exceptional solicitors to join its team and help continue to make history.

At Dodds Solicitors, they pride themselves on providing expert services in respect of dispute resolution  and will writing – straight forward and complex – applying for grants of probate; administering deceased’s estates – both non-taxable and taxable – and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON
Dispute Resolution

When a person passes away, a family member may not receive the inheritance they were expecting and dispute the contents of the Will.  It may be possible to make a claim against a deceased person’s estate, or if you believe a relative did not have the correct mental capacity to make a Will, it may be possible to challenge their Will through the Courts.

Can you deal with challenging situations and have a calm but firm nature and experience in dealing in Dispute Resolution?

WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE’S A WAY
Wills & Probate Solicitor

One of the most important things you will do – and a vital consideration when preparing for the future of you and your family – is making a Will.  It is a way for you to clearly decide the distribution of your property, money and personal belongings, enabling you to ensure that your assets go to the people you love once you are gone. It also allows you to decide who will become the guardians for your children, granting you complete peace of mind that their safety and continued care is given to people you trust.

Do you have an approachable nature and the compassion for this field and have experience working in a Wills and Probate team?
