Fluffy Fluffy has announced that it will be officially opening its doors in Leicester, on Saturday 5th August. The leading Canadian dessert brand, known for its viral-sensation light and fluffy pancakes, will be landing in the heart of Leicester city centre, on Granby Street.
This will be the Canadian brands second UK site, following the success of the brand’s Manchester venue, which opened last October.
The new beautifully designed cafe will include the brand’s signature open-kitchen concept, yellow and white colourways, and a mix of tables and booths which will seat 22 people. Guests’ pancakes will be made with love and TLC right before their very eyes, before being stacked and topped with an array of dreamy toppings.
Fluffy Fluffy’s Japanese-style souffle pancakes are hand-made to order using fresh ingredients. Every carefully crafted pancake begins with egg whites whipped to soft peaks (part of the secret behind the lightness) which is then slowly cooked at low temperature to achieve the signature round cloud-like pancakes (with their famous wobble).
These are then topped with an array of dreamy dessert options with favourites including Nutella and Banana, Tiramisu, Biscoff, Creme Brûlée, Strawberry and Blueberry.
They will also be serving up a range of delicious, speciality drinks including fruity fizzy sodas, iced coffees and matcha specials.
