The King Richard III Visitor Centre Marks Reinterment Anniversary

The King Richard III Visitor Centre will be remembering the reinterment of King Richard III with a very special guest on Saturday 25th March.

To mark the second anniversary of the reburial of King Richard III, Philippa Langley MBE will be sharing her extraordinary story of how she led the search for the King with BBC Radio Leicester’s Dave Andrews, as well as opening the floor to answer any questions the audience may have.

An audience with Philippa Langley starts at 10am and the ticket price includes admission to the Visitor Centre and light refreshments; Philippa will be available afterwards for book signings in the Visitor Centre shop.

Tickets for the event cost £10.00 and must be purchased in advance either online at www.kriii.com or in person at the King Richard III Visitor Centre.

An audience with Philippa Langley is just one event that Philippa will be taking part in on Saturday 25th March.  Following her appearance at the Visitor Centre, she will be introducing her new research initiative, “The Missing Princes Project” at a Discussion Dinner at The Belmont Hotel. In her new project, Philippa will be looking at whether the so-called ‘murder’ of the Princes in the Tower by King Richard III was ‘fake news’.

Places to join Philippa at her Discussion Dinner cost £30.00 per person and can be booked directly with The Belmont Hotel on 0116 254 4773. Preferential rates for anyone attending either event and also wishing to book an overnight stay at the hotel are available.
