KuKu Celebrating 3 Years of Connecting in the East Midlands

We’ve reported many times about fab business networking of KuKu Connect, but did you know they are all over the East Midlands? When we first reported on KuKu in 2016, pre-launch in Leicester, we used the headline; “the world’s gone KuKu”, well it turned out to be very true!

Co-Founders and networking masters, Stephen Goddard and Philip Brooks- Stephenson are all set for celebrating 3 years of KuKu Connect, which has organically grown through popularity, now covering the East Midlands, with their networks stretching out to the West Midlands and London.

“KuKu has grown wildly through recommendation of business people, but also through being an effective platform for any sector and size of business to build their profile and make invaluable connections with decision makers. On top of that, our community of business Members enjoy our style of business networking and there is so much to benefit from, on top of face to face business connecting.” Says Stephen

KuKu Connect hold networking events, which they call Connect Receptions everymonth in some of the top venues and most interesting businesses in the area, art gallery, to jeweller, to gin bar and farm. KuKu are different as they focus purely on networking (connecting, as they call it), but they also support a whole range of initiatives, business events, right through to supporting charities and the wider community and this very much sets KuKu apart as one of the key organisations in which to network in the East Midlands, and by reputation, one of the most respected and well-liked.

“Friendly, informal, relaxed, but effective for relationship building, no pitches, no presentations, fantastic venues, but affordable. We are often fortunate to host Connect Receptions in some very luxurious settings, but we are not a snooty club, a warm welcome awaits to any business person who would like to join us and we want to help connect you to the right people, and we love connecting people together.” Says Philip

October is KuKu Connect’s birthday and in true KuKu style they host an annual black tie reception to celebrate the business community in the region. This year the coveted and glamorous event is to be held at the stunning Stoke Rochford Hall on Thursday, 3rd October. Business leaders, influencers, dignitaries and hundreds of businesses flock to this annual bash, but the KuKu boys are keeping the details under wraps, but they tell us jewels, Burleighs Gin, award-winning food, westend star, dancing and even the Queen of Hearts, even their invitations could be framed! Enough said, we will be there, connecting away and joining KuKu in celebrating 3 years and positive and plentiful business networking, along with the rest of the region.
