Lane7 set to transform Leicester’s entertainment scene

Leicester’s entertainment scene is set to be transformed with the autumn arrival of Lane7 at the former Leicester Central Railway station on Great Central Street.

Lane7 is different. Really different. Bowling is their trademark feature, but the venue is set to offer so much more. Leicester’s iconic central station will now be home to multi-entertainment options including crazy golf, arcades, gaming tables, a street food court, late night cocktail bar, beer hall and event space. Socialising in the city just took a whole new turn.

The 30,000 sq ft development was due to open earlier in the year but suffered building setbacks due to COVID-19. They are now planning to open in early October offering a major boost for Leicester’s social scene.

Visitors will be wowed by the transformation as the former “Goods Yard” area has been reimagined to become Leicester’s first permanent street food court, with independent traders taking up residency in incubator shipping container kitchens. From epic burgers to handmade bao, there’ll be incredible bites available all through the day and night.

Nights out to remember are what Lane7 is all about. First class food and drinks, along with music, fun and an electric atmosphere that will make it ‘the’ go to destination.

Lane7 is set to open in October 2020.
