This Easter at the King Richard III Visitor Centre join us on a trail to find medieval boars.
Throughout the school holidays, younger visitors can follow our trail to solve the clues and find ten boars within the exhibition. Everyone completing the trail will receive a reward and could be in with a chance of winning a goodie bag from the gift shop.
The Golden Boar Trail is available from Saturday 8th to Sunday 23rd April and over the Easter weekend (14th – 17th April) the reward will be a sweet treat in the shape of a boar!
In addition to following the trail, there’s the incredible story of King Richard III to discover. Learn about the king’s life, his death and the discovery of his remains. There’s also the chance to design and make your own boar badge to take away and no visit is complete without seeing the place where the king’s remains lay undiscovered in a car park for over 500 years.
The Golden Boar Trail and boar badge craft activity is included in admission to the Visitor Centre. For more information and to book tickets please visit www.kriii.com
From Saturday 8th to Saturday 23rd April the Visitor Centre will be open for extended hours, opening from 10am until 5pm (Sundays 10am – 4pm).
