Steve Crawford, Centre Director for College Court Conference Centre in Leicester, is announced as the new Chairman for Venuemasters.
Commenting on his appointment Steve Crawford says: “I’m delighted to become Chair. It’s an exciting time to join, with many of the building blocks for the future already in place to really make our mark on the academic venue sector. The Board have a wealth of experience and at a recent Board Meeting we have seen great passion and enthusiasm for the future.”

Two other new key appointments include a new Sales and Membership Director, Rachael Bartlett, who joins the team and the addition of Paje Consultancy, ran by Mandy Jennings, bringing the consortium a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Alongside these appointments are three strategic developments. These will include some new initiatives such as a new brand identity, learning and development programme; a new website – which will be launched late spring 2018. The new identity for the consortium will be launched this spring and will reconnect Venuemasters back to academic venues – marking a return to its roots.
