NUFFIELD HEALTH SUPPORT WELLBEING AT TIGERS

Leicester Tigers and the UK’s largest healthcare charity Nuffield Health has teamed up in an official partnership, ahead of the 2020/21 season.

Nuffield Health will play an important role in supporting the playing and coaching set-up for the squad providing relevant hospital services as well as access to their gym and leisure facilities.

The company are a Registered Charity with the objective to advance, promote and maintain health and healthcare of all descriptions and to prevent, relieve and cure sickness and ill health of any kind, all for the public benefit.

Over the last 60 years, Nuffield have grown to now service 31 award-winning hospitals, 113 fitness and wellbeing clubs, healthcare clinics, and over 200 workplace wellbeing services.

Mark Davies, head of business development at Leicester Tigers, said: “Partnerships like this are exactly what this arm of the sporting world is about. By working with trusted providers to help support the playing squad, we will hope to see the benefits of the partnership in action.”
